Privacy notice — Excelerate Talent
This notice is given under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Excelerate Sdn Bhd (“Excelerate”) operates Excelerate Talent for its Talent Partnership programme.
Your details as a partner contact
We process your name, work e-mail, phone, designation and company details to run your partner account, the MOU, introductions and security (sign-in records and an activity log of what your account views and requests). With your consent only, we also send you Excelerate news and events for employers; you can unsubscribe at any time from any e-mail or your account page.
Candidate information you can see
Candidates appear only after they have given Excelerate their explicit consent, and disappear immediately if they withdraw it or are placed. You may use candidate information solely to consider them for roles at your company, must keep it confidential (MOU clause 7) and must not copy, store outside this service or share it. CVs are watermarked with your company name, and every profile and CV view is logged. Excelerate shares a candidate's contact details only after approving an introduction.
Retention and your rights
Partner records are kept while the partnership is active and for up to seven years after it ends, for audit. You may ask to access or correct your data, or to withdraw marketing consent, by writing to support@excelerate.asia. See also Excelerate's Privacy Policy.
